Xperia z3 back glass broke

I bought my phone one month ago from Turkey and today my phone s back glass broke without any damage or fall down. And also the screen has a Small bubble On the Right Side Of phone.
Is Anybody live This problem? And how to solve?

i got the same problem i just z3 dual and it slip from above my laptop on the same table where the laptop was on and it got a crack in the back side the crack .

My phone's crack like of yours and also the phone's screen has little bubble.

A single horizontal crack has appeared on my Z3 from around the charge to sd card sockets although I haven't dropped the phone at any point. Contacted Sony Support who sent me the repair order details. My concern is it send it but they decide it's outside the warranty terms. Anyone a year ideas what the charge would be if I had to pay?

I gave to the Sony service my phone and now waiting. I hope it will change and give it new Xperia Z3..
I will inform the support forum for news from Sony Service.

My phone is back and the backglass of phone was changed with warranty.
