Xperia z3 back glass broke

I bought my phone one month ago from Turkey and today my phone s back glass broke without any damage or fall down. And also the screen has a Small bubble On the Right Side Of phone.
Is Anybody live This problem? And how to solve?

Opened my phone December 24. Noticed the back glass was broken on December 26. I haven't dropped it. I didn't know it was broken until I pulled a piece of glass from my finger. Sony and Verizon Wireless say I dropped it and I'll have to pay to get it fixed. I am not very happy with either company at the moment. When I Googled the problem it's found lots of places outside the US.

The Person Who works for Sony Centre, he told me Xperia z3 has a cooling problem and because of this Problem, the phone's back or front glass cracked.

Maybe knows first problem of phone is back glass broke and than go to sony service and it changed (only back glass)

Now, the phone's headset didnt work well sometimes working sometimes didnt work and today i gave it to Sony Service again.

Do i regret? yes i m regret because i bought Sony Xperia Z3. The phone is only 4 months, but its going second time to service.
