Xperia Z3 Compact unable to pair with Honda Civic 2012

Hi, I am unable to pair my Xperia Z3 compact with my Honda Civic 2012 car. I had no trouble pairing my old Xperia T phone but have just upgraded. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Could you please elaborate? What happens when you try to connect the phone with your car? Any error messages or are you unable to find the car e.g? Have you checked with Honda to see if they have tried this model with their car kit and if they are compatible?

Nothing happens when I try to connect the phone to the car, it just shows the two phones already paired. I have contacted Honda and at the moment they have not tested the phone for compatibility (from my email they'll know that it is not). I just wondered if Sony knew why it won't work compaired to other Sony phones, and may be able to release a software update to make it compatible.

Unpair and delete the other 2 phones and try again.The Xperia t had a different Bluetooth on JB
