Z1 Compact problems with videos

I've got some problems with my new Z1 Compact. When I want to watch a video, there are many colored stripes on the display. That happens on any app I use. I attached a picture where you can see those stripes (blue and yellow). Can anybody help me?? Sometimes it is not possible to see anythings because of these bugs.
