Every time i try to put on bluetooth, phone crashes. Goes black, and it takes along time that it restarts itself. Where is the problem? What to do?
Have you tried booting to safe mode and seeing if it works? Could be a rogue app and safe mode would isolate that.
I believe you cold boot holding down the volume up and down buttons after you hit your power button.
Following on from this, if it still acts this way, I'd try a backup using Xperia companion, followed by a repair installation.
If it still did it, I'd look at contacting your local support for a possible repair.
