Can't pay with google pay

Hi, I have recently bought Xperia XZ1 (G8342) Android version 9. I connected my card to google pay and bank said that everything is ok on their side. But when I trying to pay, it shows me error- 

Which means: You can't pay with google pay anymore.

Phone is new, I have never used google pay before, and phone is not rooted. I contacted google pay support and they suggested contact manufacturer.

Resolved. My card was linked to google pay through bank's app, so I removed card from google pay, then uninstall/install google pay and linked card again, but this time through google pay app.
Now it works well.
