Screen problems with Xperia XZ Premium

Hello, I have several problems with my XZ Premium display. I'm not very good at English, but I at least can use Google Translator. Very sorry for this...

So... On the same day as I purchased a Xperia XZ Premium smartphone via the Sony branded store and received an official warranty, I found two problems with the display of this "unit". The first problem is that if you look at the screen from a distance of no more than 20-25 cm, then the touchscreen grid becomes noticeable to the naked eye on all bright colors and on any brightness (photo attached, I hope something will be visible). At certain viewing angles, it is distorted - it becomes diagonal, then vertical or horizontal, but this is especially noticeable when you hold the smartphone horizontally - then hundreds of horizontal stripes appear across the screen, a very unpleasant sight, even without a special "peering". In all cases, this looks like very thin lines that slightly distort the image on the screen, as if covering it with a grid (as if it were in the last century). This is also seen when viewing 4K content. I wouldn’t find fault if it didn’t hurt my eyes so much, especially when I always keep the smartphone at that distance from the eyes.

The second problem: a bad touch screen response, most often it concerns swipes. The screen skips / loses approximately 1 swipe from 10, and it manifests itself absolutely everywhere and somewhere after five to ten minutes of use after the next restart. Over time, swipes begin to get lost more and more often, until you restart the smartphone. Sometimes, while scrolling through a ribbon, similar movements of a finger are perceived by the screen as holding a finger in one place, in consequence of which a word stands out at the place of touch.

And now, I’ll move on to the most interesting: I went through hundreds of forums on the Internet, including that one, and it turned out that it was not just me who had the same problem - rather, even a very large number of users. Sony employees usually offered: install all the updates offered; restart the smartphone one time; run it in safe mode, they say there may be third-party applications that cause a problem; run the phone without a SIM card or memory card; to diagnose the screen through the settings and other banal style tips to remove the protective glass or film. But, obviously, this did not help either me or the hundreds of users of this device, and I had no idea before buying that such problems might arise. However, some claim that it was helped by the replacement of the device with a new one under warranty. People say that it is most likely impossible to fix it by software, they cannot comment on the problem in the service centers, and this is probably the defect of the newer party.

So, in conclusion, I want to ask a few questions ... Have EVERYONE encountereda similar problem, is it possible for these reasons to replace the device or return the money under the guarantee, and how to do it? If not, is it possible to at least try to fix all this in the official service center under the same guarantee? As far as I know, the only service center in my city, where you can repair the device under warranty, has very negative reviews from most customers. Of course, I would like to avoid possible problems with such establishments ...IMG_20190106_130943.jpg
