I have solved the lowlight issue I was facing.. . I went too white balance and set it too the highest setting. Now super vivid mode looks more vibrant

Perhaps you could provide some more info on your issues and perhaps a screenshot to demonstrate?

Here are some. Screenshot, maybe better if u try on your xz2 with super vivid enabled,  my Xperia x compact screen looks much brighter with super vivid and that's only got 720p screen

Super Vivid Mode means the contrast are enhanced for more popping colours. It does not enhance the brightness! Neither does the screen resolution influence the brightness.

If you want more screen brightness then just move the brightness slider to the right. The XZ2 can get brighter than the XZ1 range so I assume that it can get brighter than the X Compact as well, you just have to adjust the settings.

Omg . I do know that brother but thank you for the update 👍

I have in front of me an Xperia xz2 and an Xperia x compact . Both set too FULL brightness . BUT the 720p display on the x compact is brighter that xz2's 4k display
