Sony BDC-S1000 and Ultraviolet/Flixter

Hello,

I'm looking for a little help.

I have bought a Sony BDC-S1000 Blu-Ray player and I would like to play my Ultraviolet/Flixter movies on it.

I cannot find a way to do it. There is a Flixter app on the device but you can only watch trailers.

There is mention of a Vudu app but its not on my device.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for taking the time to have a look for me,

I'm sure its the Flixter app i need too, however there is no option to log into my account from it. Maybe this will be a future update.

Hi,

  I have the same problem with a new BDP S790 Blu-Ray player. The Flixster application has been restricted so all it can do is show trailers - not sure what the point of that is.

I then looked for other apps such as Vudu but  they're not available. Some of the other apps including Sony Entertainment Television don't work at all.

Pretty poor.
