No one receives pics in emails that i forward ?

Could anyone tell me what could be the problem . I can forward jokes etc sent to me and can see pics myself but when i forward to friend including to myself the pictures are not there only the writing .

I would possibly help someone to answer your question if we knew which email client you are using.

However in the meantime try forwarding the email as an attachment and see whether the pictures are viewable.
