upgrade windows vista to windows 7

Can i upgrade my VGN-G11VN/T Windows Vista Professional to Windows 7 Professional? do i need expert help to do it? what do i need to be aware of?

Sony do not support running Windows 7 on your G-Series but if you buy an UPGRADE Disc, the majority of Vista Drivers and Utilities should work OK.

To avoid any nasty shocks though, it would be wise to run the Microsoft Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor program which will pre-warn you of anything that is not fully compatible.
