Hi I have the VAIO VPCEE32Z0E. It will not play/rip Audio CD's. It reads and plays DVD's ok.
I have tried audio playback/ripping with WMP/WMC & ITUNES. They all recognise the CD but when I click to play it just hangs with the message not responding. If insert a CD and navigate to compuer and click the CD/DVD drive same thing it just hangs. When I eject the CD then all returns to normal.
Any ideas, I have already tried updating the driver & uninstalling the drive and reinstalling all to no avail
