WF-1000XM3 Noise Cancelling Sadness

Hi,

I bought the above last month and the noise cancelling was perfect But now its rubbish and the headphones are no use to me now. Plus I can no longer return them for a refund.. 

This is a firmware problem.

I just wanted to ask am I waisting my time waiting for Sony to come back to me?

So, from it being good to bad, has anything happened, or have you done anything, like updated them.

If you have, it's recommended to factory reset, and remove/add them back to the phone/app again.

Hi there,

Must have been a recent update I cannot remember exact date it started.

What I do know is the ANC was impressive for the style of headphones.

I've factory reset them deleted the app tried on both android & iOS. 

I can see its a common problem now.. seems odd the firmware wasn't tested before pushing it out.. Consumer testing at its best.
