Ever since I bought these headphones I've had an ongoing issue with using them for Teams calls. They start off absolutely fine with no issues, but after about 20 minutes or so in a call the audio goes very crackly and everyone sounds like Darth Vader. I then have to go into the audio settings on Teams and change it to output from the laptop and then back to my headphones and it usually fixes it, although sometimes I have to repeat this a few times to get it to work. But then, 5/10 minutes later the same thing happens again.
It makes no sense that they start off fine and then go crackly, or that changing the audio output and then changing it back fixes it!
The output is set to hands free, and I've tried it on ANC, Ambient Sound and Ambient Sound Off but the same issue occurs. I've had no issues when using other bluetooth headphones with Teams.
Hey @YeezyPeezy , try to reset and initialize it, make sure the software is updated to Version 2.5.0
