i have given my handset C510 to the soni authorised dealer since there was some problem in the screen. But i am not getting a proper reply on the status even after a month now? will anyone let me know where to contact for the same

Hi,

What country are you in? Did you visit a Sony dealer or a Sony Ericsson dealer? Have you contacted the local Sony Ericsson office, if so, do you have any ticket numbers?

What answer did they give you? Where different expectations set for you?
