back side cracked by itself

Hi everyone,

my z3 back glass cracked byitself -.- even a friend of mine has a z3 he recently dropped his z3 without back area cracking so i hope certificated sony repair place that my carrier sent it to will be able to approve a warranty repair on this issue since i do not want to pay for something that just cracked on it's own 😕

it wasn't bad yeah after all i got pure tempered glasss screen protector back from deltaservice for free for both front and back side it was a gift from sony apperently.

So it seems not all customer support offices are as bad as some say.

correct alexdon Sony here in sweden has been really good that i must say :), Never had one single issue with them at all.
