battery handphone cannot reach 100% during charging
Hello, i need a help, this baterry problem was happend about three days, when i charging my handphone, i realized that my handphone cannot reach 100% fully charged. It was stop at 78% only 😤. What actually happend and what the solution. I was reset amd clear all things in this handpgone and charge again and i got same things happened. Why? So sad because i have used the handphone about 5 months and this provlem happened. 😭

Another solution? please. Im to slow about technology and gadget. 😭 actually what was happend? Can it fixed by using warranty? Mean can or not sony centet accept it amd fixed it. Im still in warranty 😭
