charging problem

after updating to the latest firmware, i'm having a problem while charging the phone . while charging the phone with the charger, the touch screen goes crazy and random applications and tools opens by itself . when i turn off the charger it is normal , and there is no problem while charging through the PC , I have done a factory reset and updated several times, but the problem still exist, what should I do ?

I have the same problem with my new x10 mini pro.

I  hope that someone from the SE would explain the nature of this problem.

Is this the fault of the charger, or something wrong in the software?
