Downloading Photos and videos

How do I get photos and videos from my phone onto my PC???

You need the USB cable your were given when bought the phone. Connect that to the computer and you will be able.

I have it connected but I can't find where they all are!

DCIM-100ANDRO,this can be in internal memory or microSD,depending on how you set it to save.

You could also try downloading and using Media Go.

I tried downloading Medio Go but I can't figure out how to use it to turn the video around.

It is easier with USB cable.

I have got a USB cable and I have tried it with that but I still don't know how to make the videos play the correct way. Any step by step instructions would be wonderful!

You just copy/paste to your laptop/PC and use VLC or BS player to watch them.

I don't have either of those, I have WIndows Media Player, and it plays them at  a 90 degree angle!
