How do I get photos and videos from my phone onto my PC???

You need the USB cable your were given when bought the phone. Connect that to the computer and you will be able.

DCIM-100ANDRO,this can be in internal memory or microSD,depending on how you set it to save.

I have got a USB cable and I have tried it with that but I still don't know how to make the videos play the correct way. Any step by step instructions would be wonderful!

You just copy/paste to your laptop/PC and use VLC or BS player to watch them.

I don't have either of those, I have WIndows Media Player, and it plays them at a 90 degree angle!
