I deleted some photos carelessly a few days ago. Since i use the phone model is "Xperia S" which is use of interal storage hard disk
(not have SD card select), i have tried use some of recovery software (like CardRecovery, Pandora Recovery) but since Xperia S connect the PC via USB only have Media Transfer Mode (MTP), the aforesaid software cannot detect my phone as an external driver and hence cannot recover any files. Please help me to solve this problem.
As far as I know this is not possible. There might be an app that can help with this but I am not aware of one.
The best advice I can give is to have a look in Play Store and see what you can find or to keep searching for a different solution.

Yes you can recover deleted files directly from your phone. I have done it quite some times.
Here you go
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hexamob.hexamobrecoverylite&feature=also_installed
Another app you can try is http://www.piriform.com/recuva it's free, install it on your PC then connect and try to undelete from the mapped drive.
It will also recover files from your hard drive, USB sticks, memory cards, etc.
You can't use those apps unless you want to hack your phone and invalidate your guarantee!!
It's a shame Sony don't add the recover file to PC Companion, now that we don't have an SD card as they're easy to recover files from.
None of these recover files programs work, as they can't see the phone as a drive.
its not hacking your phone, you only have to root, but now to root the Xperia S you have to unlock the bootloader, not recommended you could easily damage your phone permanently.
Semantics!!
But it does invalidate the warranty, so there's no way it's a good idea.
Semantics, if you say so, to each its own, if you want to do it go for it if not don't do it, we are waiting for a Sony's official statement on this
in the mean time read this
From sony mobile developers

Warning! If you perform this step, you will unlock the boot loader. This may void your warranty and/or any warranty from your operator. If you still want to unlock the boot loader of your phone, enter fastboot.exe -i 0x0fce oem unlock 0xKEY, where KEY is the unlock boot loader key you got in the beginning of this instruction. The boot loader should now be successfully unlocked.

Yes, but it doesn't appear to be a good idea.
I would just think that if Sony are moving away from SD cards to internal memory they need to start thinking about adding the ability to recover deleted stuff via PC Companion?
