K800i - Configuration error. Please contact your network or service provider.

Greetings

My phone was working properly. Then it went to a screen with the following message: "Configuration error. Please contact your network or service provider".

The phone can receive incoming calls, but that is it.

I have tried the update service. Result - Your phone has the latest software update.

Using the SE PC Suite, and connecting by using the USB cable, a list of folders is displayed which are empty.

Using the "Phone Repair" from the SE PC Suite, and after following the instructions, the only result is - "Update Failed"

Please can someone assist me in sorting out this problem?

Julian

This message appears because after flashing no CDA has been applied to the phone. Have you flashed the phone?

I have searched and downloaded numerous "Settings" but they do not support my phone.

Is it possible that you can either supply me with the correct Firmware / Software etc or direct me to the site where these can be downloaded?

Also, if I need to do the "CDA" (I have no idea what this is) how do I do this?

Thanks

Julian
