Phone wont turn on!!! HELP

I've had my Xperia L for almost 4 months
Since last week it wont turn on, looks like the side key, the round silver button is stuck or something because when i plug in to charge the led starts flashing red like im pushing the silver button but im not. and it heats very quickly, in 3mins my celphone is hot!!!
when i plug it in to my computer the led turns green, but it wont turn on!!!!!!!! also my computer says that the usb isnt working

The only thing that may have happened is that my room is very humid, i dont know if this has anything to do with this problem

also i dont have a case for it

but i havent droped it, not a single time

please help!!!
