Z3 black screen

After 4 days use, my Xperia z 3 dual was unfortunately off itself and unable to be on but, luckily, it was after 4hours later. The nightmare come to me again after few hours use, but this time, it was off and on itself then the screen turn to be black and display nohting. It could get in coming call, and I think other fuction still work. What happened? What to do now? I could not see anything, my phone is passcode locked, I am even unable to turn it off..What to do when my phone screen is looked? I can't even connect to PC

If the above does not help,you need to perform a software repair using PC Companion.The process will erase all internal memory.You might need to charge your device for about 1-2 hours before so the device has at least 60% battery.

Make sure the device is not connected to computer or laptop and turned off (sometimes you have to press power button and volume up until the device vibrates 3 times or on some devices you have to press the small button near the SIM tray or on the back of the device).

Open PC companion->support zone->phone/tablet software update->repair my phone/tablet blue highlighted.Follow the steps given,do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable. If PC companion does not start the repair process, you might need to run it in compatibility mode with Windows 7 (in some cases XP).

My xperia been sent to sony service, but the blank screen is not solved. :-((

I am sorry to hear that but we cannot assist.You should tell them about the problem not being fixed.

The phone is still at the sony service, i was told the phone was reset, but the screen is unchange blank, they don't find out the real problem of blank screen yet so far. I have to wait.
