won't charge when switched on

So I have a slight problem after last year's updates my Sony z won't charge when it's switched on? It charges sometimes when it's off but I only get the red and orange LED light could someone help cause I love this phone please

Also it won't connect to any pc/laptop anymore either

Does it charge if you use the Dock to charge it? what if you turn it off, does it work? 

You might want to contact your local Xperia Care as it seems to be a hardware issue.

Nope won't charge at all on USB, plug, dock none when it's on I managed to get it to 70% earlier now it just won't charge at all. I did have to get my charger port replaced last year aswel forgot to mention that

It could be the same issue or similar issue, contact your local Xperia Care
