Xperia U goes to boot loop when wifi is turned on

Phone works fine until I turn on wifi. When turned wifi on, phone crashes and goes into a boot loop.

Remove the SIM and start airplane mode.Does the same occur?

You could also try to boot your phone into safe mode to see if the problem may be related to any 3rd party app that you have installed in your phone:

Hi..have you got rid of this problem?

i am facing same problem in ST25i Xperia U, have flashed the system many times....all goes well but as soon as try to turn the wifi ON, phone shutdown & botllop starts..!!
