memory card problems with cybershot w530

recently my memory card which had been using a while wasn't recognised by my camera so unable to do anything i bought a new card. i used it for a while, now as soon as i turn camera on i get "memory card locked" with the new one & can do nothing to unlock it. any help appreciated?

On the SD card, there is a little switch to lock/unlock the card. Is that maybe causing the problem? Make sure it is unlocked...
