Hi all,
Having used my headphones on a daily basis between purchase and prior to the lockdown being enforced in March, my headphones have since gone flat. Having thought this was a battery issue, I've replaced the battery and all is working well, however, the headphones just do not charge. It seems like there's an issue with the charging port even though I have used multiple cables and via AC/PC/Mac. There doesn't seem any damage to the port itself, with the different cables all clicking into place as per when new. Has anyone else had a similar issue and if so, what was the process of having this repaired? And it would be great to find out the associated costs for the repair itself.
