Dear SONY Team,
I am still awaiting for 4.4.4 update on my Xperia Z Ultra C6802. As per your site it says the update is rolled out on 27 June 2014.
I undersand depending on areas it takes time. But its almost a month and I can not find any news on the same.
Would be glad to hear something on the same.

Website is showing the latest software for Xperia Z Ultra India region [ 14.4.A.0.108 ]
Still PC companion shows the latest version is [ 14.3.A.0.757 ] and tells us that you have the latest software installed...
This is just not acceptable. It's kinda disgusting... Please fix this issue ASAP

I´m trying to update to Kitkat 4.4.4 but my Z Ultra doesn´t make nothing. I think that I´m following all the steps on the right way,but it´s impossible to make it with USB

I am posting third time for same issue and it's not mine alone.
As i can see, there a lot of people in this forum who have same issue as mine.
We are still awaiting for 4.4.4 update on Xperia Z Ultra C6802.
As per your site [India Region] the update was rolled out on 27 June 2014. I agree it takes time to be available region wise, but its almost a month and still no news on the same. Would be glad to hear something on the same.
Please see to the issue and fix it ASAP

This is a user support forum - Have you tried contacting your country's Xperia care http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/ - Also to add it could be that your country's network(s) are holding back in that they aren't authorising it for release

If it's available but not updating then are you using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit system - If you are then run the program in compatibility mode and choose either Windows 7 or XP sp2 - Also if you have modified your device ie: Rooted or unlocked the bootloader it will also fail to update

Hi,
Have just updated to Android version 4.4.4.
No I can not start a call, because when I press the earpice icon I get a message saying the contacts is closed ("Leider wurde Kontakte beendet").
This is my business phone and I need it desparately!
Please let me know how to fix this.
PS: I can take incoming calls.

Just went to the menu - Apps - and deleted all data for the phone application...

Again and again the same questions - We are a user support forum so can't answer these questions
As we keep on saying updates are released at different times depending on country and network - It could be that your country or network hasn't authorised the release
