I've never expected this from sony. Really bad support to India. No update till now. Will consider twice before buying a new xperia next year.

I still did not receive the 4.4.4 kitkat update till date fro my Z Ultra C6802,I am from India.Did any of Z Ultra users from India get the update

Just like any other update, you have to either 

1. wait for the update to be approved and released in your country

or 

2. manually update/flash your phone with flashtool

Still no update for c6802 I think they forgot to push the update

You can manually flash another country's firmware however before generic handsets get the update the networks have to all authorise the update, I'm not saying they have to release the update but they do have to authorise it - Then Sony will be authorised to release it to generic devices
