glass on the back side of Z3 cracked on unknown obstacles

hello! i am very frustrated by the fact that Z3 back side glass has been cracked after using the phone just for 3 weeks. there are no signs of external damages. the device did not ever fall or was ever hit by anything. has anybody faced with this?

Ive already contacted care it cost $25 to check phone even if u choose not to pay unwarrantied repair plus loose phone 14 days. If covered comes with 3 month warranty and while sony pays for shipping back you must pay ship to and they call you if its not covered

i had this problem myself but, sony counted it as pyshical damag and said this kind of issue isnt covered by warranty 😕 so i had to pay aprox 925SEK thats £75 in Pounds 😕 so yeah, but i recived 2 piece tempered glass protector as gift from sony after my phone came back to me.
